New Electric Bicycle Bike w Lithium Battery, 200W Motor
Our dependence on oil leaves our entire society open to collapse when global financial markets realise that the world’s supply of oil has peaked and we are 30 years shy of a smooth transition. The mass electrification of every vehicle type that can be electrified has to go hand in glove with massive disincentives to the car industry and consumers to continue gas-guzzling, business as usual. Andrew McNamara is a former Queensland Labor Minister for Sustainability and Climate Change
Dr Jago Dodson of Griffith University, forecast a grim future, with Australia's trade deficit, which was $9.3 billion in 2008-09, due to hit $25 billion by 2015, largely because of oil imports. ''Australia possesses huge energy reserves in coal and gas but only modest petroleum reserves, holding just 0.3 per cent of the world's oil,'' he writes... more

Road Transportation
Is the Greatest Culprit in Global Warming.
Power generation, while having the greatest total impact, also includes a large
number of compounds that increase cloud reflectivity and provide other effects
to offset some of the warming they are responsible for. (Unger
et al., Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Feb. 3. 2010)
Scientists agree
marine calcification (which starts with microscopic zooplankton with calcium carbonate
shells) is in big trouble if atmospheric levels of carbon dioxide exceed 450 ppm
CO2. .....We are globalising osteoporosis!
Now Beyond-Oil is
making this carbon-clean transport more affordable and thus more available by
offering retail at near-wholesale prices for electric scooters and bikes. The
scooters are not mopeds, they are faster registerable electric scooters. In addition to our range of electric bicycles we offer high quality and performance conversion kits in case you prefer to convert your existing bike to electric.

personal loan for the purchase can be easily offset by the fuelsavings. (100 km requires approximately 2 full charges).
Beyond-Oil can provide
quality electric scooters at the near wholesale price of just AU$2,500*. See our

Savings
Can you afford to miss
out on the savings of electric transport?
Lets say the total cost
of operating your electric scooter will be $2 per 100 km. Your car probably costs
you at least $20 per 100km for petrol and maintenance. If you drive just 250 km
per week you save at least $45 per week and that is not counting the depreciation
of the value of your car which could easily be another $45 per week!
So lets say you
will save at least $70 per week by using an electric scooter. In less
than 36 weeks you have covered it's cost - and it is even quicker for to cover
the cost of a bicycle. You can see that on the occasions that you do need a car
you will have saved enough to cover a car rental or pay for a truck delivery.
That's cool for you and the planet.
